Proposal 137216 Review | Krzysztof Żelazko - ICP Hub Poland

This proposal adds the Node Operator: dmqux-7xfgo-xd535-6kkav-qjjnm-c7zza-g4j6g-ooctw-gdisv-zvh6z-7qe under the Node Provider: ParaFi Technologies NS LLC.

This operator will take over 14 nodes located in the ny1 data center as part of the migration process from Rivonia Holdings LLC to ParaFi Technologies. The migration has been formally announced and discussed on the forum, with documentation publicly available on the Internet Computer Wiki.

I voted to Adopt this proposal because:

  1. A new Node Operator record is required to manage the transferred nodes, and the transfer has been formally confirmed.
  2. This is necessary to ensure that nodes handovered in the ny1 data center are allowed to operate in the subnets.
  3. The addition of this operator to the registry was previously planned, and officially announced, ensuring complete transparency.
  4. The transfer is further supported by the published Node Machine Handover Statement, which confirms a clean and independently executed handoff.

The proper de-registration of old node operator records and onboarding of new ones is essential for verifiable nodes handover.
