The proposal removes Node Operator hh2jd-pll7v-ewzhe-xwzjs-akev6-saooq-zpj2v-ugark-3wo5p-wzo5j-4qe from NP Rivonia Holdings LLC with 0 registered nodes in the registry and a 14 type1.1 rewardable_nodes.

Using the dre tool, I verified that the NO proposed to be removed follows one of the criterias (second not mandatory since this proposal achieves the same end result of 0 rewards).
