Need help to manually mint ckBTC

Hello team,

I sent BTC to ckBTC deposit address but I cannot access ckbtc.app or nns.ic0.app due to iPhone Safari certificate errors. I want to manually mint my ckBTC.

From which app or website did you get the address to send BTC to ckBTC?

You will need to try that app or website again, because even manual update will need more information such as principal id and subaccount number.

If you used Plug to get the BTC deposit address, please provide your Plug principal id.
