If i uninstall canister code . and install with new wasm. will stable memory data still keep all its data without anychange?

From the spec:

Canisters are empty after creation and uninstallation

So stable memory is deleted if you uninstall your code

ok. this is another thoght on : try to update my production canister .
any idea about How to mannually upgrade a canister with `skip_pre_upgrade = ture` flag? - #6 by Severin now ?
