ICP in agricultural research

Hi all,
Yes, we will still need to breed and grow food. As a plant breeder, I am interested in exploring ways the ICP could contribute to improving the way we work through:

  • collaboration
  • tracability
  • accountability
  • operations
  • data sharing (and storage)
  • funding (which study can the community support through vote)
  • any ideas?

I have several ideas, but with no programming skills and a relatively new member of the community, I rely on the latter to measure the interest of the topic before investing more efforts.

I drop the idea and see what happens. Happy to dig into more details.

Are you in America by any chance? I have designed a traceability system on icp based on the FDAs FSMA204 traceability rule

I work and live in Latin America for now. happy to hear more about your project

I did register caffeine early test. crossing fingers. This would help on some aspects (operations, sharing for instance), others like funding need more community support imo
