I am having issues accessing my OpenCHAT account after the IID upgrade.
CHAT is not responsive on X. The situation is worrying because I have assets including, the GLDGov Group, with over 700 followers who enjoy news update about GOLDAO and ICP related materials.
I cannot afford to lose my assets, I need assistance.

Looks like you created a new account by accident. No worries — your old account is safe.
Could you clarify if you’ve already tried upgrading your II? Check out the FAQ page here, and please let us know in this thread if one of the steps didn’t work for you.
Im having a similar issue with Taggr , I had upgraded to 2.0 a while back and everything was fine , yesterday when trying to log in it says unknown user on both my mobile and PC ? Any help appreciated as I also have tokens ive earnt

How exactly did you try upgrading? Did you recall the step in which you needed to set a name for your upgraded identity? If so, could you please check if that name appears (in the same web browser you used to upgrade) when you go to https://id.ai and list your identities in the drop-down list at the top-right?
Hi , thankyou for the reply , I didn’t take too much notice of the name when upgrading but when I am trying to log into Taggr I have gone through all the options , Luckily I found that my media centre PC in my lounge was still logged in so I could get my tokens off , My Media Centre PC is logged into IDAI with an identity that I can access on my phone and other studio PC but they cannot use this to log into Taggr as it says User unkown? Ive been round in circles for a while now.

Quick update , I have a media center PC which surprisingly is logging on and off of Taggr okay , I can see the IDAI settings and I choose the same for my mobile and use the same password but am unable to log into Taggr ?
I am very confused.
Any help appreciated.
