What would, if even possible, be a way to decentralize an online shop and distribute its revenue monthly to token holders?
How to pay employees from a decentralized enterprise?
Where to pay taxes, or do worldwide decentralized companies pay none and only the distributed shared earnings will be taxed individually?
How to track any sell of any item automatically transparently on chain?
I am no developer, but running a business and I am looking for new ways. Any input, links or further reading ideas are welcome.

and we already have an online shop. we can not just dock interfaces to ICP? the whole shop has to be build again on ICP?
