But most wallets don’t support it?
What should I do?
Swaprunner.com and Kongswap both support icrc subaccounts.
Most tokens on the IC support ICRC-1 subaccounts: ICRC-1/standards/ICRC-1/TextualEncoding.md at main · dfinity/ICRC-1 · GitHub
Most wallets also support sending to subaccounts with the above textual encoding.
The address format mentioned in your post is the older format solely used by the ICP ledger when transferring funds with centralized exchanges like Coinbase.
