Probably this has been requested a few times before:
- Allow SNS participation using ck tokens like ckBTC and ckUSDC.
- Allow SNS treasuries to hold ck tokens.
This would prevent SNS treasuries from continuously losing their value.

We should also implement the ability to do a second SNS using the Neuron Fund.
