I’ve been using dfx canister to disburse a neuron, but for the last day or so the call has been hanging, not timing out and no errors.
dfx canister --network=ic --no-wallet call rrkah-fqaaa-aaaaa-aaaaq-cai manage neuron
How can I debug this? Alternatively is there another method to disburse neurons?
