I think it would be useful to have a Caffeine help page or team we talk to directly with issues some of us are coming across using the app. I know there is an email form but something more direct would be good, something when people are redly available. I think theres a great deal of feedback from the early users that will be really helpful going forwards.

Surprised there is not more interest in this looks like since the release there has been very little in the way of help or guidance on the issues all first users are facing

As they see all prompts you use and apps you build, there is no need for feedback. Only if major issues, than use email or make forum post.
Most likely in Beta version, most will be fixed.
Sorry done mean to be rude or anything but totally no , thats not how feedback works.
