Made some cool apps but it sometimes puts buttons in with no function, even buttons as simple as a internet identity logout button. No matter how many times you prompt it wont make them work, even if you ask it to search the code for the button and find out and explain why its not working it tells you some general stuff. When trying to fix the problem it seems to only know one way and tries it over and over. Even if you tell it the button has no click event it wont ever add one. This happens with other things too not just buttons.

There are definitly some frustrating things in the alpha version. As should be expected.
My biggest gripe is that it has to rewrite the entire app even if I just want it to change 1 line in a stylesheet. Once it becomes easier to download the project for deployment via dfx (without copy pasting) and building project directories that should improve QOL.
Still i am very impressed by the ammount of time this tool saves.

yes your are correct sir, other ai coding tools only rewrite what needs to be changed. I think they will figure it out. When they do it should do very good stuff for icp.
