Well since you claim that all of those people are scammers, you can’t really expect a bad actor to return the money of their own free will. Since you claim you are such a great guy and not a bad actor, why don’t you share some of the burden along with DFINITY in refunding the investors affected by this turn of events in which you played a big part?

I agree legal recourse should happen for Tommy and Max and anyone else that has access to those neurons. There has to be a way to track it. I will be pushinh for this as it would set a huge precedent if Dfinity actively pursued and prosecuted people who used their tech to commit crimes.

The difference is, the dev team extracted millions of dollars from borovan and all the other investors.
While borovan lit hundreds of thousands of dollars on fire. To make a statement. He could have drained the whole treasury if he wanted to. But he didnt.
Because it wasnt about the money, it was about sending a message.

It’s not good or ethical what he did, but he did it having a Majority, it’s not Max’s case, Max is a criminal.
