Project Name:Zypher Ladies Tech Empowerment
Team Name: Zypher Innovators
Project Description:
Zypher Ladies is an initiative aimed at empowering women by teaching them Python programming and blockchain development using the Internet Computer (ICP). Our goal is to bridge the gender gap in technology by providing women with the skills they need to build decentralized applications (dApps) and contribute to the Web3 ecosystem.
Motivation: Through this project, we plan to develop an interactive learning platform that offers:
-Python programming courses tailored for beginners.
-Hands-on training on building smart contracts and dApps on ICP using Motoko and Rust.
-A mentorship program where experienced developers guide female learners.
Deliverables:
Short-Term Goals (1-2 months):
Set up the Zypher Ladies learning platform (basic website or forum for Python lessons).
Develop beginner-friendly Python tutorials tailored for women.
Onboard 30+ women for the first learning cohort.
Start interactive coding sessions (live classes, recorded videos).
Mid-Term Goals (3-4 months):
Introduce ICP & Web3 fundamentals (explain smart contracts & decentralized apps).
Teach basic Motoko programming (step-by-step lessons).
Develop hands-on mini-projects using Python & ICP concepts.
Long-Term Goals (5-6 months):
Launch a mentorship program (pair learners with experienced developers).
Encourage first dApp deployment for at least 10 learners.
Expand community outreach (invite more women to join).
