I think one thing we still need to improve across the ICP ecosystem is our presence outside of our own bubble.
There are genuinely great products being built here, but a lot of people outside of ICP simply never hear about them.
And I don’t think the problem is always the product.
Sometimes it’s simply how we communicate it.
A project can spend months building something great, but social media, branding and content often become an afterthought. Especially for smaller teams, it makes sense. If you’re focused on actually building the product, you probably don’t want to spend half your day thinking about what to post on X.
But if we want ICP to grow, we also need to get better at showing people what is being built here.
That’s one of the main reasons we created ICReach.
We’re a young team and we grew up with social media. We’ve spent years creating content, testing what works, watching platforms change and understanding how the X algorithm reacts to different types of content.
Social media isn’t something we had to learn from a marketing textbook. It’s something we use and understand every day.
We know how important the first impression of a project is, what makes people stop scrolling, what gets engagement and how content needs to be presented to have a chance of reaching beyond the same existing audience.
And ICReach is still active.
We manage X profiles, create content, design graphics and logos, help with branding and build a consistent online presence around your project.
We’re not here to promise thousands of followers overnight or sell some magic marketing formula.
We simply want to help good projects communicate better, look professional and reach more people.
I personally think ICP already has the technology, the builders and the ideas.
Now we need to make sure people actually see them.
