Hi people, been trying to hold Dragginz together as well as deal with this insanity.
Anyway this is the pdf with all the abbreviated info that @borovan just posted. In all honesty, new record is prob completely fine. Unaccounted for means there is no transfer documentation in the internet computer wiki or in any of the forum posts. I am also, not sure how many node machines were sold in the silent auction by Dfinity. That may be all of them?!?
Just trying to understand what went on after the 42 node limit and who if anyone lucked out.

Simply false.
- I have never been to Madrid (edit: except for a stopover, did not meet George B. there)
- Went to Singapore for a week in 2019 as a student, didn’t know about ICP back then
- don’t recall ever meeting a life coach, let alone this person.
I’m pro implementing a solid framework for decentralized infrastructure and curious for your proposal. Felt like I should clarify the above.

Just my thought. The foundation dont really need ICP. If anything happens to ICP they will just be forking the chain and leave ICP to “badlands guys”. No ?

Interesting. So the business model would be a cycle of burning more, deploying more subnets, leading to even more burning, and so on—all funded by the NF. Can this actually work? I guess one challenge we face is that the network isn’t elastic.

On the bright side, increased decentralization will increase the value of everything developers have built on the IC. The ecosystem’s role is to prove that the IC is secure and decentralized—not to disprove Adam’s accusations.
Developers contribute by creating open-source smart contracts and ensuring their security. NPs are responsible for validating the network, proving that it is both secure and decentralized—that’s their core duty.
I doubt anyone wants to see photos of NPs’ passports, videos of their bank transfers, or explanations of their activities in Madrid or anywhere else. Proving that they are real people does not prove that the IC is decentralized.
Nobody would entrust the security of billions of dollars to 32 real people they happened to meet on the street.
