Hi I made a transfer from waterneuron back to my icp principal ID but nothing shows up in my icp wallet. The message I received the transfer was successful with block index number. I have reached out to WN but no response. What can be done?
What’s your principal? The WTN token is an ICRC-1 governance token and is using the standard ICRC-1 ledger. You should be able to check all the transactions and history, over here https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/sns/jmod6-4iaaa-aaaaq-aadkq-cai/transactions on the dashboard.

Thanks. I tried to search through your reference at the time it took place. The only message I got from WN was "Successful transfer to block index xxxxx (i leave blank for herel. I tried to communicate to WN support via telegram but got descended upon by scammers. I used my principal ID from my icp internet identity. I have no idea how to search using Block index reference. Thanks for following up.
If all your remember is your block index and amount transferred you can have a look https://dashboard.internetcomputer.org/canister/jcmow-hyaaa-aaaaq-aadlq-cai#get_blocks at this function from the ledger.
However if you are transferring WTN you can just search for both principal on the dashboard.
When you search you need to select WaterNeuron otherwise you principal will not show the WTN amount:

Ok. Apologies for ignorance. Searched _ as suggested - using principal address from WN in dashboard isolating WN. Tried the get blocks query - well just say I have the block index number given to me at the time but seeing start and end - it’s beyond me.how to search.
No result comes back either way.
