Vote: Adopt
This proposal changes subnets o3ow2 and shefu from private to public.
The reason for the first change is that the state size of subnet o3ow2 has now fallen back below 400 GiB (currently 262.36 GiB).
With respect to the second change, subnet shefu is a verified application subnet and was annotated in previous similar proposals as “Explicitly marked as non-public (Distrikt subnet cannot be public before migrating away from ICQC [inter-canister query calls])”. Inter-canister query calls were retired some while back in commit a2f4c70, adopted in proposal 136066, in which it was also commented that Distrikt was no longer using this feature.
These changes are in keeping with the process outlined here.
