I note there is a new proposal (131449) to disable the test keys on subnet 2fq7c and a set of proposals (131433, 131437, 131438, 131450) to reshare the Ed25519 test key and enable signing with test keys on subnet fuqsr. Are you able to give some further details on the background to these proposals?
