honestly i would recommend it, but it doesn’t happen by itself. i like backpacking and have regularly just fucked off for a couple of weeks to some remote island with a tent and no plans
i even took up smoking just to have a vice other than over-thinking. works a treat, cause tobacco is really grounding, but then of course you have to kick that one later…

I emailed them the way your supposed to delete accounts two or three weeks ago no reply. Not even automatic response.
I’ve been trying to get the account deleted all this time. I don’t want to just log off I want to walk away from tech spaces all together and I don’t want any of my stuff online. That’s my fucking right and I should be able to fucking delete my account.
This is a perfect example of what it’s like developing here. You put up money, you get kicked out for years telling the truth mods FAFO and now you can’t even get in touch with anyone to have your account deleted.

above all, this points to a really strong need for boundaries. mothers can provide a nurturing presence, but often this role is left to a father, or male role model
the trouble here is that having your account deleted will actually validate and reinforce the exclusion that, underneath, you want to avoid
