We see that you already submitted the proposal to the NNS: NNS Dapp.

Please note that DFINITY will reject this proposal under our published voting guidelines.

The syndication on the forum including publishing of a whitepaper, architecture, open source code, and SNS parameters (ideally the SNS init yaml file) should start at least 2 weeks prior to the proposal to give the community enough time to review and discuss.

In addition, we added an explicit amendment to the guidelines regarding higher standards for projects that request Neuron Fund (NF) contributions:

As highlighted in Dom’s post, proposals requesting contributions from the NF should meet a higher standard. The Foundation reserves the right to decline proposals for projects where no significant on-chain Open Internet Service would be governed by the SNS, such as memecoins or other primarily off-chain entities or services.
