Absolutely, I agree 100%. If anyone knows a lawyer capable of carrying this forward, let’s do it. This cannot go unpunished.

I think before filing an INTERPOL complaint, we should first reach the local police authorities. I am in for filing complaints to local police. Devs manipulated governance to mint 250M BOOM tokens (25% of supply) and sold them for ~$100K. We should gather all relevant data. Let’s document everything and punish those scammers.

I guess they got burning confused with minting and stealing…
As to what is next, we need to be more vigilant as a community. Double check all new projects, support people who are developing. It is tragic that @jonit’s game was basically ignored for months when he has been doggedly building and working in the best interests of the IC before it was even live! (He did the original logo, motoko ghosts, motoko sentinels etc.)
If someone comes on the forum and they ask a question, answer them. If you see something that is interesting, promote it.
This is when we should be helping each other as much as possible.
This doesn’t mean blindly nodding and going along with what anyone says. Critique is valuable as long as it is concise and offers solutions as well as pointing out what is wrong with x or y.
Anyway that is my intention. The price will go up when there is an ecosystem. We are working our socks off to make sure the basics are on the IC.
I will do a post about where we are with Toko later and it would be amazing if we could get some constructive feedback.

Why are You stating that? Are You part of the Dfinity Foundation? And community action could be a lawsuit, no?
Minting, thieving, frauding, whatever it is, it was not done for the projects health, wasnt it? So it should be checked if legal rules, in whatever Country, were broken, no?
Is there no Dfinity Lawyer pool or somthing for those cases? I mean, decentral or not, for a million of dollars wortht company the foundation has to have a legal arm.

The ICP community is speaking using the NNS DAO. They’re tired of being cheated by an SNS that first drained the treasury and later printed tokens to dump on retail. I hope @Leadership will align with the community, or at least abstain and then respect the community’s wishes. (Making the original post in this thread visibile again would be a good start)

I agree with this statement. The only issue has been adam and others attacking people for talking about things that interest them.
When this is done and it isn’t in adams favor everyone tends to attack the ones questioning you and adam.
For instance when I bring up the fact that you and adam have not paid back the trax treasury, the misuse of funds, the refunds and false narratives about others. I tend to get attacked, called a paid mouthpiece and or a scammer enabler. I don’t just go along with you and adam I question you. When will there be a time people can question your intentions as you and adam came out of no where to start taking over daos with little to no evidence being provided to the community on the reasoning for this.

I genuinely want to know when we will be able to question them. They seem to get to spin things how they want but anyone who questions them gets attacked and called names.
They should have explained in the treasury transfers they made what they were doing with the funds.
They sit here point fingers and no one cares to actually look at what they are doing because the “drain the swamp” narrative is so strong. I just want the swamp to drain with out causing lasting harm to the ecosystem. This isn’t a purge it all then hire back the ones we were wrong about type of ecosystem.
Everything would be much easier if everyone pushed them to post evidence of the claims that way there is no question the people they are going after are scammers. I genuinely think the bare minimum of transparency is posting proof of a claim. I hope adam and co can move forward in a transparent way to avoid purging any good projects and avoid harm to the overall ecosystem.

I am just asking for them to act in a transparent way. The community deserves evidence of claims at the bare minimum.
BTW I don’t post because others do, I post because that is what I believe.
If I am wrong then so be it, I at least didn’t change myself to try and snake my way into a favorable spot with others.
