There will be no NP WG for this month. Please keep an eye on this channel for announcements regarding the next NP WG!

In the meantime, please review the latest motion proposal regarding Node Provider standards in case you haven’t done so already!

Hi all,

Thanks to everyone who joined Monday, and to our presenters. All the material from the session is in here.

A couple of extra items:

  • Gen 1 nodes (Björn and Rüdiger):
    • Action: reply on the forum thread to say whether you plan to keep running your Gen 1 nodes, and share any input on the selection criteria (decentralisation, reliability, ecosystem involvement).
  • Liquidium: you can borrow USDC or USDT against your ICP to cover operating costs without selling it. It’s native cross-chain with no bridges: 4.6% APY, perpetual term, 50% initial LTV. See the demo in the recording!
  • Optimal Invest: a self-custody multi-asset portfolio (tokenised equities, BTC, gold, stablecoins) at about 0.2% of AUM. The deck and a short video demo are in the folder. Node providers get a free 3-month trial and VIP access.
