How is it possible to provide this service unless you make your neurons public? Maturity etc is not public

Each neuron has its own principal, and whenever you extract interest, you hit the icp into the corresponding principal.
Of course, if the neuron is authorized into the current tallylint account, we can read the exact value of the neuron’s current maturity.
