IMHO NDA doesn’t imply clustering

Are you confident in that opinion? How do you think this stance (if it were the agreed status quo) would effect perceptions about the IC and its core value proposition?

The IC cannot eat its cake and have it too. It can’t invent the term ‘deterministic decentralisation’ (based on a promise of ‘independent parties’), and then water down the definition of ‘independent’ to mean something else entirely.
