Reason: Removes one of the 5 nodes owned by same node operator under NP Power Meta Corporation from this subnet to allow optimization of the overall network topology (meaning to have it as a spare for future optimization by including it in other subnets where it would help with decentralization) by replacing healthy Active node 5ei6o from Hong Kong3 with unassigned healthy Awaiting status node jemyk from Hong Kong1 without any change to decentralization.
