Just to clarify this point: the explore functionality requires network access to the nodes, but the verify CUP functionality does not require that. The authenticity of the CUP can be verified using the root key of the Internet Computer.

The node is currently offline (âdownâ as opposed to âupâ). Today is the 31st of July. Your screenshot is out-of-date. 
Unfortunately that dashboard has been lagging behind recently. Thatâs why thereâs also a link to the dashboard that displays the current status (rather than just the history). Hereâs a screenshot in case it helps.
Actually it is your link in the post, maybe get your facts straight before engaging and deflecting.
Maybe go ahead and update your scripts, just posting random stuff makes you look desperate for attention
