Notice of Intent to Pursue Legal Action Regarding False Allegations against DoxaFoundation and DOXA SNS Swap

Dear ICP Community,

As we move forward with the DOXA SNS decentralization swap, we want to address recent discussions on this thread and provide clear boundaries regarding how we handle constructive feedback versus intentional malice.

1. Dedication to Transparency & Accountability

DOXA was built to foster real-world social impact and decentralized governance on the Internet Computer. We hear the honest questions from community members seeking clarity on our roadmap, fundraising allocations, and social impact verification. Transparent documentation and direct links to ongoing initiatives will continue to be updated in our public materials.

2. Addressing Targeted Malice & Misinformation

While open debate and skepticism are vital to governance, there is a clear distinction between constructive questioning and a targeted campaign to defame, malign, and sabotage the project’s reputation.

Certain accounts specifically @DHemingway, @Travka, @SumMonsterism, @Henn91, have repeatedly engaged in deliberate attempts to distort facts, spread false narratives, and damage DOXA’s standing in the community.

@Lorimer Is, has been a good reviewer but it seems has went beyond constructive review, criticism and feedback joining there action.

3. Official Notice on Potential Legal Action

We want to state unequivocally that the DOXA Foundation does not take harassment or defamatory claims lightly.

Following the completion of the SNS launch, the DOXA Foundation will review all public allegations, coordinated attacks, and false statements. Where appropriate, formal legal action will be pursued against individuals attempting to maliciously harm the project, its founders, or its community.

We encourage everyone to review our official documentation and judge the project based on verified facts. Let’s keep community governance focused on building, transparency, and long-term value.

On behalf Of,

DOXA Foundation.

Good luck with that, but first reply to questions that are asked from you: SumMonsterism

@DoxaFoundation

The “1% Pledge” Lack of Smart Contract Enforcement:

Where exactly in the Rust/Motoko source code of your main canisters is the automated split-fee distribution to a verified, third-party audited wallet?

If it requires manual human intervention from the foundation, it is not a decentralized DAO feature - it is an unverified marketing promise.

IRL Delivery Problem:

What on-chain / verifiable credentials system are you using to prove that physical resources are hitting the ground?

How do you prevent ‘ghost users’ from draining the 1% fund via unverified DPay wallets?

Regulatory Deflection:

Are your charitable programs an attempt to classify DOXA as a non-profit/impact initiative to evade SEC or MiCA security classifications?

If a regulator freezes your liquidity canisters due to compliance failures, how exactly does that protect the vulnerable populations you claim to champion?

Oh, they actually do pursue legal action over false allegations, @Henn91
Better be careful… Africa is watching, the lawyers are watching, and apparently the receipts are watching too :joy:

Statement “engaged in deliberate attempts to distort facts, spread false narratives, and damage DOXA’s standing in the community.”

You are making assertions that are untrue and, therefore, unprovable.

I made no deliberate attempt to do any of those things.

Is asking reasonable in-depth questions defamatory?

What facts have been distorted?

Rather, you have avoided answering by batting away with this entirely nonsensical threat, and other equally non-pertinent responses to entirely appropriate questions.

Notwithstanding the fact that you have misrepresented your “grants from Difinity” - which have subsequently been revealed as prizes in a Hackathon.

I find it bewildering that you would rather not engage with holders and forum posters but issue threats and make duplicitous statements – for me, it confirms at the very best, that the approach you have taken with important elements of your project does not stand up to even mild scrutiny from a regular member of the public.

I am left wondering what will be made of the forensic analysis of your project, promises and conduct within the ecosystem that will likely follow in the future.

For one, I will continue to ask (hardly taxing) questions of SNS offerings if it helps community members further understand potential pitfalls of projects.

Cheers

We are not joking by the way the outstretched long legal arm of doxa foundation can reach anywhere in the world. May be we shall not spend treasury ourselves but on pursuing you guys legally for spoiling our name.

Are you actually ok there mate?

You literally just wrote “may be (sic) we shall not spend treasury ourselves”

Maybe you won’t? So… Maybe you will?

Is that what the treasury is for (pointless aggressive grievances)?

How could that even be a consideration at a time you’re claiming people are suggesting nefariousness?

Wonder how that slip of the tongue will go down in your legal action, when you defend yourself against (imagined) slights.

Ouch. That’s just pretty much cleared up everything I needed to know about your approach, and the refusing to answer specifics.

Well done mate. Thanks for being honest - the treasury, in your own words, is open to being used for non-project related activities.

Appreciate the transparency

Cheers

This is why we keep warning people, it took only short time when He started to change terms and rules of its own project.

Unfortunatly its too late for those who sent ICP to that SNS swap, its gone. Who in right mind promises those things and put minimum collectable amount to 100 ICP and minimum partisipants 10.

At least lets hope people learn from this mistake.

LMAOOOOOOO I’m literally done

I’m gonna lawyer up so hard: Harvey Specter, Mike Ross, Louis Litt and the best in the world on blockchain related lawsuits, Jessica Pearson. Right now I am also in touch with Mossad operators all around the world.

Operation Swordfish commences at dawn.

What if you are all wrong, and we shall prove you wrong. We are going to build

Henn, you keep warning everyone about the changing rules, yet somehow the rules always seem to change after people send their ICP.
What a coincidence!

Thanks for clarifying that you have the ability to spend the treasury on whatever you want.

Some decentralisation sale

Hey how about we get some tea in here huh?

How about some lemonade?

Do you guys like lemonade?

they need to keep their voices down…
