I can fairly say this is worth the value of what Boom DAO was
Still maintained, this tool creates the Declarations (like dfx for javascript) and makes possible to make calls to ICP from C#
It has a Unity extension which is plug and play, lightweight and its a must for developing multiplatform games.
1- You can export to WebGL, Windows, Mac, Linux with one codebase
2- Mobile is still on development but it requires to work with arm64 specifications and Apple/Google’s restrictions
But infrastructure stopped being a priority to Boom DAO when they switched the course to fund ephimeral projects like FRENZY and DIGGY
ICP.net was complete before the BoomDao SNS. We were and still are using it on Dragginz. So BoomDao really put in no funding for the initial code. That was via a Dfinity Grant.

He’s pumping everybody’s bags. Not sure what the downside is
Downside is that after he gains control of project, it becomes dead as he does not have code to upgrade it. Only option is to delete entire project, rename it and make new project, but as he takes over lot of them, only 1 or 2 will be worked on, rest of them just bleed out.

Only option those projects that you destroy is to relaunch SNS, they continue project under new name. This time they hold most voting power, they pull all liquidity they added to DEX-es and sell all old tokens overtime.
If they relaunched an SNS, didn’t drain their treasury immediately and were only allowed to remove agreed upon amount upon reaching community agreed milestones, wouldn’t that be a good thing anyway?
The original SNS raises (ignoring SNS-1 which was an entirely different animal) were not incentivized to get people to actually produce viable products.
It has been clear from the start that these guys are not the real deal - Warning - Boom DAO Red Flag!
Everyone deserves a second chance, if Boom or any of these can prove they are making a positive addition to IC as a whole, I would support them.

For OC, I use it everyday, mainly for manual voting - indeed see a huge space for improvements (caching lags etc, but mainly, as per the app nature - social - IMO there must be native mobile app to get mass adoption - every extra step/obstacle discourages many - so prevents momentum 
)
And btw @borovan, without any assumptions about the project, treasury etc, BOOM was the one which kept me being on-chain every day for quite some time - playing gaming guilds (then looong nothing and then OC), so I just hope you’ll do better 
I agree, there have been some dedicated players on the platform, Plask is definitely one of them.

I would personally like someone to audit and examine the TRAX project and DAO. There are almost no users, no traffic, no nothing and recently funds were “borrowed” by the dev saying he will “pay it back” and it just doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. The software is being updated and supposedly they are going to release a mobile app but I don’t see it. The biggest problem I have with Trax is that they do not respond on their openchat nor to emails nor on the forum. There are serious bugs that I myself would like to report but cannot even as an investor as well as a regular uploader to the platform.
It is maddening and it is NOT acceptable.
I know the dev is a guy in London named Tom but someone needs to start holding him accountable for this severe lack of communication and lack of updates and more.
Anyone a TRAX SNS investor here and want to chime in please? Because maybe TRAX needs a takeover?

This was done by Adam and not the dev.
Adam used the funds to buy other dao tokens to take over those daos.

I didn’t realize it was Adam. Is that why Trax now wanted to transfer like 17k ICP saying he needed to move funds to protect against the “waterneuron” scammers or is this Adam also? Oh that’s not good. I’m assuming Tom is livid about this…
However it still doesn’t excuse Trax for lack of performance. If Trax needs help with marketing or finding a good strategy or business plan going forward, they should be transparent and someone should be assigned to them to help them. It’s obvious that many of the devs are great at developing but horrible at growing their userbases and businesses.
I see. Thanks for the info. I should have paid attention to where the funds were going. It didn’t seem like Tom’s behavior on Trax. He usually never borrows anything and has been quite frugal with Treasury funds.
However Adam will pay the funds back ASAP he said…right?
