Just wondering, are the 15k users here with us, or only visible to the marketing team? Just kidding, I don’t think you’re part of the swamp.
a bit slow but it works for me
Are u kidding me? 15K daily active users? so funny.
Can you tell me why you decided to name it OpenChat? and why can’t I access the admin page : (
Is there any special proposal I have to submit for admin access? Or does that come with treasury proposals?
My main account has been silenced
@Severin meanie!!
@hpeebles I’m sorry…
I just saw this..
@borovan was joking.
Openchat is fine guys! We use it a lot, although in all honesty I haven’t dug anywhere near as deep into its features as I need to. Adding that to the super long list of things to do…
I suspected this was the case.
But I still wanted to put out my earlier comments in OpenChat’s defence.
Everyone loves openchat.
I know I can’t openly list the SNSs that I’m going to convert into actual projects. So I threw a few random ones in.
Ever the Devil’s Advocate, one might argue there’s a strong case for the opposite perspective.
If we’re encountering repeated issues with builders exploiting the SNS for their own gain, perhaps it’s time to consider restricting access to current and future projects—limiting them to genuine ICP stakeholders only.
As Stakers, we could benefit from creating a private yet publicly visible system that operates as a business service model. In this model, ICP stakeholders are not only the owners but also the recipients of both costs and profits. Governance could be enforced by revoking voting rights from bad actors.
Naturally, the usual distractions—sex, gambling, drugs, alcohol—will draw in their respective crowds. But surely, we’re capable of creating something more meaningful. And please, no more globalist consumer junk—let’s aim higher.
What’s the issue with NFID?
Pokedbots should totally have their own SNS. It could be a solid move with a lot of potential.
You should seriously consider moving the Dragginz Discord over to OpenChat. I think you would find it has all the relevant features you need plus some (e.g. token tips, prizes, and swaps). It would be a great way to lead by example and help support IC ecosystem projects.
… i dont get it… what will happen to boom now.. !?
i used to play it every day since day one… would be sad if all thats gone
It’ll be in great hands
Adam and co are professionals.
Just to reiterate, we dont have any of boomdao’s code, ip etc. They are free to continue doing what they have been. If they are building, not having a dao wont make the slightest bit of difference to them. If anything it may light a fire and get them to prove boomdao is a worthwhile endeavour.
The dao will be replaced with something that enables games and other applications to develop on the ic, plus maybe some extra goodies too.
This must be a joke, Adam is doing this just to get his lost money back, stealing.
Keep in mind he is attacking Oisy and Kongswap competition too. As Circle USDC need ICP DEFI to grow 10X to implement native stablecoin, Borovan desided to attack ICP DEFI and wallets by trying to take over, stop developing them and kill projects.
Because Borovan, project owners now are forced to pull liquidity from DEX-es and stake those tokens to disrupt hostile takeovers. This will weaken even more our DEFI ecosystem.
That is your opinion, which I disagree with, but you are welcome to feel however you wish.
Here is an idea…
Let us just see how this pans out in a couple of months and it will be very clear who was doing the stealing and who was focused on building a strong community.
All I ask is get me ICP.NET for Mobile, so I can make games for Android and iOS
