You scammed the nns with Adam to take from the nf. With out Adam spending 90k icp you wouldn’t have finished your sale. But I guess “rules for thee, not for me.” Fits great when people talk about morals with you and Adam.
Where is your point here exactly? What you are doing is combining random irrelevant illogical sentences and including the word ‘scam’ inside. There was a max of 100k and the NNS approved it. Who cares someone used two accounts, it’s how the II works, you have tens of accounts all around the place. Your point is that someone making 150+ open-source repositories is draining the NF and hasn’t contributed to the IC enough? I wish there were more people draining it this way, we would have a lot more cool things.
Isn’t this one of your main points with david fisher? Its so weird how you and adam do things then use the same points as an attack against other investors and daos.
Two transfers both to buy out other projects. Where is the morals there? In the real world this is called misappropriation and is illegal.
(Misuse of funds, often referred to as misappropriation, embezzlement, or fraud, occurs when someone uses financial resources for purposes other than those intended. This can include personal use of public, client, or company funds.)
BTW there is nothing the dev could do. Adam already took over the dao to use their treasury to fund his attack on other daos and vc investors.
Breach of Fiduciary Duty: If there are members or stakeholders in the DAO who have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the organization, and the investor’s actions are detrimental to the DAO, legal action may be possible on the basis of a breach of fiduciary duty.
Fraud or Misrepresentation: If the investor misrepresented their intentions when joining the DAO or influenced others to vote based on false pretenses, this could open avenues for legal action.
Terms of Service Violations: If the DAO has established rules that the investor is violating, it might be possible to take action based on those violations.
But there are fundamental reasons and goals behind peoples actions.
Some people are here because they like to build cool things and create value.
And some people are here because they see an opportunity to be a leech and extract every last penny they can out of people who are not as financially adept, or just plain suck at math.
I know which side of that equation guys like adam is on. And i know which side of the equation the team that built WTN is on.
Adam is doing illegal things for personal gain. Wtn has done nothing illegal, followed all the rules of the nns and sns. We don’t have to agree but the common sense is adam has crossed the line and has done something actually illegal.
The best part of it all is even if adam returns the money the action he took has already been used for his personal quest. There is no going back from this and he is screwed if anyone files suit.
