The proposal registers a new NP Anthony_Isaakidis. Although the proposal follows some of the requirements stated here.

- The self-declaration and Proof of Identity documents were uploaded on the IC Wiki
- The hashes of the Self declaration and Proof of Identity documents match the hashes in the proposal
Unfortunately the link the dashboard to the Self Declaration links to a document with a different hash than the one advertised and in order to maintain a consistent record I’ll reject the proposal. I have gone ahead and verifies the new Self Declaration uploaded which matches the hash advertised, so I’d recommend making a new proposal.
