My previously submitted proposal seen above (Proposal 129395) failed execution due to the node operator ID already existing.
With feedback from @SvenF, I’ve come to realize I should be using the update_node_operator command instead. Therefore, I have submitted a new proposal to update the node allowance for Carbon Twelve, which can be seen here:
As mentioned, this is an update to my previously accepted proposal, and is in-line with the result of the candidate node machine validation topology matrix.
