I tried to swap from ICP to DCD. It failed on one of the steps and now the tokens have gone missing all together, but it says the transactions was completed? Please help, there is nothing in reclaim.
@ICPSwap Could you please let me know how I can recover my tokens?

Can someone please help
I fixed it thanks!!!
There are some tools which can help you find and reclaim lost tokens
Check out this, and if you fuddle w the ui you can find a place to plop ur id and then it will show you all reclaimable tokens. It takes a very long time because it manually searches all the swap canisters.
Good luck!
Thank you, Henry @Henry_Suso , for helping with the reply.
Hello Wesley, @wesley369
When your transaction fails, you can select the failed trading pair again, such as DCD/ICP. The token balance will be displayed in your pool balance, you can swap again (this time without needing to deposit, which will speed up the swap process). Of course, you can also withdraw your tokens at any time.
I’ve used Plug Wallet for Swap. ICP/DCD on icpswap. It was successful but I only got maybe 30% of the tokens back. The rest is lost. 7 days have passed.Plug support is - NONE.
I’ve tried to reclaim, but no tokens to reclaim. Please help.
Hello Hrvoje, did you use the Swap button in the Plug Wallet App to make the transaction?
Please try clicking the Swap button again in the Plug App. Then click “Haven’t received tokens? Try fallback,” select ICPSwap, and choose the trading pair for your failed transaction to retrieve your tokens.
If you have a Mac or PC now, you can also connect your Plug wallet directly to ICPSwap. On the Swap page(https://app.icpswap.com), select the trading pair for your failed transaction and withdraw your tokens.
Lastly, please join the ICPSwap Telegram group (Telegram: Contact @ICPSwap_Official), where we have admins ready to assist you. For personalized support, feel free to email us at contact@icpswap.org.
I need help. Also missing tokens. About $550US chat, $60-100 BOB and $100 DCD.
I went to info, went to swap. I started with $2kUS in ICP and now have $1200 with no trace of other tokens. I’m not an America so this is worth way more to me
Here is one image of the last sighting of CHAT and DCD before vanishing.
Then I also sent $50 of Bob to the OISY wallet that automatically entered the address so I was tired and thought I’d sent some before. I clicked send and it seems BOB cannot be added to this wallet even with cannister and ledger ID. Disappointing week. With some wild slippage fees on KONG I lost more. This is my first dip into using your ecosystem and I don’t think it’s user friendly enough for average people.
On 1 you said ICPSwap took your tokens, on second post that you lost your phrase, on third that you sent tokens out to other DEX-es. Here again missing tokens, your image you posted shows 0 CHAT tokens, but you wrote them yourself into that tab.
Lets first see your Principal ID, only than we know if you trolling or not.
This is a communication issue.

while logged into ICPSwap with the ICPSWAP wallet, tokens would regularly show zero balances, but then I could find them in the drop down menu in swap screen where it shows your token and what you want to change it to with balances and slippage.
-
the swap slippage was so high that I opted to wait. The confusion is because in the image at the top you see one of my two internet IDs, but I had logged in through the ICPswap wallet so perhaps it joined? I don’t know. The balance of CHAT in the image was taken with one of my ICP identities at the top. Again, I’d logged in through the wallet.
-
I went to bed thinking maybe the slippage would be better the next day.
-
the next day I can log in with either internet identity and see only zeroes. So, logically I thought it must be because I logged in through the wallet. This time when I click on the wallet to enter it asks for my password and seedphrase. The 100% accurate seedphrase and password that worked when setting up the wallet are this time rejected.
I hope that is more clear. I do my best with communication, but sometimes it takes hearing from people like yourself to explain where I was confusing.
