is there any dfx command on how to list all canisters deploy in my local subnet replica?
There is no dfx command. But if you run dfx start -vv (verbose mode) you will see something like Dashboard: http://localhost:56328/_/dashboard in the output. If you go to that dashboard you will see all canisters that the replica has running
