Also, it will limit who can participate in the SNS as well.
From a business perspective, this is the biggest hurdle to getting a large userbase on this dapp.
Because of this, prior to seeking capital or moving forward, I would try to solve this issue by making a deal with a large gaming company that already holds a gaming license even if it will cut into percentage take.
Get MGM or Caesars or some large gaming company involved and ensure it opens up to a large mass audience and you not only solve this issue but get their good name and stamp of approval on such a dapp as well as them possibly helping with marketing.
You kill two birds with one stone and have a much better chance at a successful, thriving, and profitable business that does not have to hide from regulators and block half the world.
