Was watching this and pleasantly surprised to see @abk here. I know Adam from other IC presentations and the Scalability and Performance Working Group
Was quite interesting to hear how the conversation went from:
- It’s a blockchain, right?
- But it competes with other clouds by providing general compute capability
- How do you charge for compute because WASM doesn’t have that built in (instruction counting)?
- And how does replicated compute work in that case?
