ICP Halloween Safety Rules

Hello everybody, as self appointed chair of the ICP Holiday Safety Council, I’m publishing some good rules to follow to make sure everybody has a safe Halloween Season.

Rule #1: Zero drinking and driving. I enjoy a good beverage as much as anybody. But the thing about alcohol is that it impairs your judgement. If you get behind the wheel while impaired you might do something regrettable, and nobody wants that.

Rule #2: It’s dark. It gets dark out there fast, and walking around in cloaks makes you invisible to traffic. Bring a flashlight, wear a glowstick, or strap something reflective to your costume. You want people to see you coming miles away.

Rule #3: Trick or Treat! You might see some ghosts and skeletons walking around, but don’t be alarmed. You don’t need to be frightened just make sure you have some candy to hand out . If you don’t have a treat to give them, they might play a trick.

That’s interesting, @Dionysus but I made my own list:

1. You’re supposed to be dead.
2. Cow is gone, you can’t fool anyone else here with your tricks.
3. There is no ICP Holiday Safety Council and if there was you would definitely not be the chair.

Dionysus has nothing to do with the safety council. I’m the founder and chair, I wouldn’t want him on the safety council either, honestly.
