No @Trils , that is not what is going on. This has been going on for a while now. It just took me some time to figure out exactly what was happening. I want to say it started after new years, but I can’t really be sure, because I stopped paying attention in December.
I only recently figured out how to fetch all the data to make it meaningful. Thank you to the person with integrity who helped me with that.

Padding the numbers so that when they go to their weekly brief to the boss…
They can paint a rosy picture. And make unrealistic projections about the future. In order to justify sweeping changes that will benefit institutions at the expense of ardent supporters.
