Grind Wallet - ICP wallet extension

Just released v0.6.3. The main new feature is the address book.

Any plans of adding Firefox support?

I think so - I will check the possibilities in the next few days.

I tested it - yes, it works fine, with only a few fixes. I’ll release the next version, v0.6.4, later this year for Chrome (+Opera/Edge/Brave) and for Firefox.

I submitted it to the Mozilla marketplace, but it was banned… I filed an appeal.
It annoyed me a bit, because it’s kind of funny that one of the few wallets on FF marketplace that doesn’t track users and is GPL3 open source - got kicked.

Today submission was accepted in the Mozilla Store.

This took a couple of months… but maybe first submission is only like this. I hope there is fast-track for updates. In the Chrome Store there is already v0.8.0 but the process there is much simpler, in Mozilla they have very high requirements, doubts and many questions (but maybe that’s a good thing - we all want quality products in the end of the day).

Congrats, can confirm it works

I would suggest adding a button to copy wallet address without opening the wallet section

Thank you for testing. Copy icon makes sense.

In the upcoming version i’ve implemented quarantine list, updated daily. If there are any problems, I will be able to give quick warnings.

Hmmm,
Chrome versions are released every 2-3 weeks; for Firefox, I’ll skip a few and release the most stable versions.
It’s because I’m getting ready to release 0.8.2, and the Mozilla Store still has version 0.7.1. It’s not a big deal, really, but I’ll just have to use a different release system for Firefox. New versions for
Something like this:

Chrome Firefox
0.8.2 -
0.8.3 -
0.8.4 0.8.4
0.9.0 -
0.9.1 -
0.9.2 -
0.9.3 -
0.9.4 -
0.9.5 -
0.9.6 0.9.6

Yay, they accepted already 0.8.1 for Firefox.

So copy icon is there. Actually you don’t see the ‘guy icon’ because this screenshot is from upcoming 0.8.2. It’s to make it easier to distinguish from hardware ledger wallert with the lock icon (which is not supported by Firefox btw and according to docs they won’t to support WebHID).

Today, version 0.8.2 was released with the new “backup to file” function (encrypted with a password and salt) and the quarantine mentioned above.
