I didn’t realize Fomowell was rolled back and so quickly. I didn’t participate in that one. Okay so you’re right. What IS the delay? Do you think they are stalling to try to figure out how NOT to roll it back? Maybe they are hoping if they stall long enough that everyone will simply forget and they can slide a ‘Transfer Treasury Funds’ proposal through while no one is paying attention?
I wouldnt count on the benevolence of this team, just my humble opinion.

Adam, I reread the node provider ‘Drain the Swamp’ thread today and I saw George and Saikat and some others reply that there is no collusion and denying all the allegations as circumstantial and false. DFINITY also voted against removing them as they did not find any proof of foul play in terms of them being node providers.
Now clearly there is some foul play involved in terms of cheating on the SNS sales in order for them to go through, to gain majority control, and to cheat the neuron fund and the fact that Fomowell rolled back and now FuelEV says they are going to are basically admissions of guilt.
However, even if true regarding the SNS sales, it doesn’t necessarily mean anyone is colluding to hurt the IC here. It could just be they knew their SNS’s would fail otherwise if they didn’t do things this way due to poor market conditions and a lack of volume and demand on ICP in general.
Yral’s site does work and has some novel tech in order to do so on ICP despite using up a lot of resources and tying up some subnets. They also do have a working icpump.fun solana-esque pump dot fun clone that works. They seem to be responsible for quite a bit of burn on the network and have burned probably more ICP than any other project there is.
As for George’s “onlinebooking.com”, I don’t know if it’s real or fake but Saikat did say George has an extensive real estate background so what if all of this distrust and speculation other than the SNS scandal is just innocuous and false?
Have you considered this fact and that instead of helping the eco, you may be harming it with slinging mostly false accusations and proposing “rush to judgement” proposals to the community at large?

There’s a big difference between Fomowell and FuelEV. Fomowell announced that they made a mistake in the timing of their SNS launch and while they remain fully committed to what they are doing they offered (and ACTIONED) refunds on request. This is extremely honourable and shows they are genuine. Not only that but the price of their tokens has since risen so perhaps it’ll work well. The fact that they did the right thing and offer a refund then actually follow through to anyone that asks shows they are genuine upstanding people. The same cannot be said for FuelEV, not until they do the same. Both said they would offer refunds but only 1 actually did.
Technically I have no idea how to put together such a proposal and I only put in 100 ICP to FuelEV. To me it’s a cost of my own lack of due dilligence, and wasn’t the first and no doubt won’t be the last bad investment I make 
. I do however fully support what Borovan is doing as the swamp undoubtedly needed to be cleaned up. Don’t agree that we should burn all the FuelEV tokens as I speak from the perspective of someone far less wealthy than he. Other than that proposal he makes a lot of sense most of the time and I welcome activism in the ecosystem by those who are able.

I’m not convinced that it is a “loop” scam. I was on the site recently. There is a lot of repetition but I think this is a problem with his “recommendation engine” algorithm not working properly.
I have watched yral go through several iterations of their tiktok clone and have listened to him be interviewed about the technology he was developing in order to make this work in the first place.
The problem I have with YRAL as well as many of the rest of the ecosystem projects like Trax is that I don’t see any business progress and expanded userbase as promised this late in the game and that is troubling and I don’t really see these projects getting “out” on CEX’s like SOL projects are. This is bad for the investors in them. Trax is improving but it’s completely dead. No users, no views, no nothing.
In Yral’s case, what is the point of them wasting treasury funds and burning up useless cycles and tying up subnets and nodes with this tiktok clone that seems to be headed nowhere? What is the endgame here? If they aren’t producing revenue, what’s the point? Same with Trax? And some others.
We need REAL BUSINESS USE CASES here and we need bigger teams building higher quality projects! We need to attract better devs to the eco there’s no doubt! This 1 person or 2 person development eco cannot last.
It’s time to start attracting some higher quality teams. So far I am most impressed with the KONGSWAP team.
Well “faking it” doesn’t mean it’s a “scam”. It just means they are faking it. What are they planning to do going forward? That’s the real question and WHEN??? because we are LOSING investors daily on ICP for this reason! Maybe they need to communicate the limitations or that they are previewing a production “demo” and not the final product.
YRAL / DOLR.AI please do chime in here if you are reading this. I would like to hear your explanation of what the gameplan is with YRAL.com and DOLR.AI and everything you’re doing because it is UNCLEAR to the community here and is sowing distrust which is NOT HELPFUL to the IC at large.
If you are not progressing with your dapps, then maybe you should simply FOLD THEM and stop tying up resources and wasting cycles and investor money! And forcing the IC to raise prices unnecessarily doesn’t help bring in new devs.

We are losing whale investors because of this and I’m assuming some of them are the original VCs who have tried their best to continue to invest but this doesn’t help and they have lost their patience most likely just like a lot of investors have. I can tell.
It is good that DFINITY is bringing us solid base tech and Caffeine and all the rest but the eco needs to get its act together and fast and start showing some progress and communicating better with investors and esp. with keeping them informed and updated in a timely manner AND THAT INCLUDES DRAGGINZ and ADAM and his team as well!

It would be nice to have either a huge community conference call and/or an in-person convention for all eco projects to meet in person and discuss all of this drama and get the truth out once and for all and move forward. This all points to poor communication across the board on the IC.
I would like to think that all players have good intentions.
I don’t see the alterior or bad motives.
What I think I see is some foul play but for some possibly selfish and/or altruistic reasons due to the fact that many SNS’s were failing to meet minimum goals.
This is what I see.
But ultimately I don’t think any of them do not want the IC to not be successful. They may be frustrated with the IC, DFINITY, etc. but not for the kinds of reasons people think. Maybe I’m naive but I have to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
FuelEV will reverse their sale. I’m not concerned.
Everyone needs to start working TOGETHER and stop all of this infighting. This is NOT helping the community. We cleaned up some old node providers and have pointed out some big no no’s on the SNS and that’s great but everyone has put in a lot of time and effort in some way here and I don’t think these are all criminals as you may think.
Honestly I don’t. Saikat and George and the lot are not what you think imo. Please chime in here and don’t be silent please.

None of the original investors will be staying in. The paid just $0.03 a few years back and even if they cashout at $4.75 that’s a stunning return. They won’t be hoping IC does well - for them it already has been the greatest return of their lives. Job done…
They’re all mostly gone. May the 10th is the last day of the seed round. I think I’m the only seed investor that gives a crap tbh.
