Q3x is an one-stop, privacy-first programmable multisig management platform supporting multiple blockchains including ICP, Solana, EVMs, and Bitcoin. The platform enables asset management across chains from a single interface, leveraging the Internet Computer’s Chain Fusion for multichain interactions and vetKeys for signers privacy. It also incorporates built-in compliance features for proof of innocence for regulatory.

How is it built

Each multisig is an independent canister, and it will interact with EVM/Solana/Bitcoin canister to interact with the corresponding blockchain. While all signers are being encrypted based on identity based encryption powered by vetKey.

Go-To-Market strategy

We can talk with people directly that are currently using Gnosis Safe, Squad and multisig on Bitcoin. And small teams that not even using multisig to handle their company payment by offering seamless experience across multiple blockchains without changing anything.

Monetization

This will be a SaaS.

With premium you can use payroll system and enjoy unlimited multisig deploying with all supported chains.

A basic plan will only be able to use multisig management with limited chain.

Status of the project

  1. Basic multisig with vetkey integration working, hiding signers
  2. Multisig with Chain fusion working, we can sign transaction from ICP that control the account on Ethereum Sepolia and Arbitrum Sepolia
  3. We have a very smooth front end UI
  4. We support viewing portfolio of the current connected account, we can read the balance of ICP account, Ethereum Sepolia account and Arbitrum Sepolia account
  5. We support transfer and batch transfer functionality on ICP, Ethereum Sepolia and Arbitrum Sepolia
  6. We support signer management, add, remove signer and change threshold
  7. We abstracted away the vetKey complexity on the UI, you wont see any vetKey related things, everything is decrypted on your UI, but behind the scene NO ONE CAN SEE YOUR MULTISIG CANISTER DETAIL UNLESS THEY ARE SIGNER!

Future Plans

We plan to rebrand the name, from Q3x to something else. As its not really expressing what we are building.

There are a lot of things that was in our roadmap, including:

  1. Expand support to Solana, Bitcoin and more EVMs
  2. Integrate with “proof of innocence” functionality to reveal to regulator that the signer is not hacker/terrorist/bad guy, while still keeping outsider cant see the signer
  3. We are aware of similar competitor, but Q3x will not stop here, we planned to integrate more teams-oriented feature such as payroll system
