Proposal Summary
ELNA AI is dedicated to pioneering decentralized AI (DeAI) by building a secure, community-driven, and monetizable AI infrastructure on the blockchain. Over the past year, we have made significant strides in launching new AI tools, expanding our developer ecosystem, and enabling AI monetization through Hyperlaunch.fun, the AI Agent Tokenization Launchpad.
This proposal seeks 30,000 ICP as part of a total planned budget of 50,000 ICP for Q1 & Q2 2025. The funds will be used to enhance AI agent tokenization, bring sustainable revenue models for AI developers, integrate AI with key platforms, and scale marketing and community engagement efforts.
Recent Achievements
AI Agent Tokenization – Hyperlaunch.fun (Alpha Launched!)
We have successfully launched the alpha version of Hyperlaunch.fun, allowing AI creators to tokenize their AI agents. This provides new monetization opportunities by enabling AI projects to have their own token economies.
X (Twitter) AI Bot – Anyone Can Create AI Agents on X
ELNA AI has deployed an AI-powered X bot, making it easy for anyone to create AI agents on Twitter/X. These AI agents can engage users, automate interactions, and generate content.
Expansion of Developer Ecosystem
Developers are actively building and listing AI models, datasets, and tools on the ELNA ecosystem, contributing to an expanding co-development marketplace.
AI Agent Marketplace – Real-World Deployments
AI agents built on ELNA are now live across multiple industries, from customer support to DeFi trading.
On-Chain AI Infrastructure
We have launched critical AI tools, including:

Community Growth & Marketing Expansion
Marketing & PR – Targeted media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community activations.
Community Engagement – Developer grants, ambassador programs, and social growth strategies.
Funding Breakdown
Requested ICP: 30,000 ICP (Phase 1 of 50,000 ICP)
Primary Focus: AI Agent Tokenization, Developer Ecosystem Growth, Strategic Integrations, and Marketing.
Next Proposal: A follow-up request for 20,000 ICP will be submitted in Q2 2025 for scaling operations.
