Project Highlights
Dooor OS is a decentralized AI infrastructure for AI governance that positions ICP canisters as the orchestration layer for enterprise-grade, privacy-preserving AI workloads. It enables organizations to deploy AI agents and LLM-based applications across Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) without sacrificing data privacy or introducing centralized control. Target users are enterprises in regulated industries, such as healthcare institutions requiring HIPAA-compliant AI, financial services needing auditable operations, and government-adjacent services like notary offices. Dooor addresses critical challenges including centralization risk, privacy concerns, lack of verifiability, and limited interoperability by leveraging ICP’s unique capabilities (HTTPS outcalls, t-ECDSA, VetKeys) to create a trustless coordination layer that connects blockchain-based AI agents with secure computing resources.
Web3 Advantages
Unlike centralized Web2 AI platforms, Dooor provides cryptographically verifiable privacy through hardware attestation and VetKeys threshold encryption where no single party can decrypt data. Users maintain complete data sovereignty, so data ownership never transfers to service providers. The decentralized infrastructure ensures censorship resistance with no single entity able to restrict access. Open protocols enable AI agents to operate across multiple blockchains coordinated trustlessly through ICP canisters. All orchestration logic is auditable on-chain with verifiable computation integrity. For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government services, etc), these are fundamental requirements that Web2 solutions cannot satisfy.
How It Is Built
Dooor employs a three-layer architecture: a Smart Contract Layer (EVM chains for AI agents and identity management), an ICP Orchestration Layer (canisters coordinating operations via HTTPS outcalls, t-ECDSA signing, VetKeys encryption), and a Computing Layer (TEE environments with AMD SEV-SNP CPUs and NVIDIA H100 GPUs). Built with Azle (TypeScript framework for ICP), the system uses a multiset redundancy architecture the system uses a multiset redundancy architecture where multiple canisters store redundant data to ensure corruption resistance and enable horizontal scaling. Key libraries include ethers.js for EVM interaction, custom HKDF-SHA256 for key derivation, and jsrsasign for certificate management. Security features include TEE attestation verification for AMD SEV-SNP and NVIDIA H100, VetKeys integration for threshold encryption, t-ECDSA for cross-chain transaction signing, and ECDSA-signed JWT authentication. The architecture uses in-canister RPC connection pooling for blockchain connectivity and automated manifest conversion for deployment.
Internet Computer Superpowers
Dooor leverages ICP capabilities that don’t exist on other blockchains: HTTPS Outcalls enable canisters to directly call external APIs without oracles, allowing us to read blockchain state, communicate with computing providers, verify TEE attestation reports, and coordinate deployments. t-ECDSA lets canisters sign transactions for external blockchains without exposing private keys, enabling autonomous AI agents with their own blockchain addresses and certificate generation entirely in-memory. VetKeys provides distributed key management where no single party can decrypt data, solving the key custody problem for decentralized AI, where only verified TEE environments can decrypt and process data. Stateful Canisters maintain complex orchestration logic, database relationships, and state machines that traditional smart contracts cannot handle. Web-Speed Performance through query calls enables real-time attestation verification and JWT generation, making the orchestration layer as responsive as centralized APIs while remaining fully decentralized.
Go-To-Market Strategy
Dooor pursues an enterprise-first approach targeting regulated industries where privacy and verifiable computation are mandatory. We focus on direct B2B sales in healthcare, financial services, and government-adjacent sectors, leveraging our team’s blockchain ecosystem experience. Current traction includes production deployment with Brazil’s leading pharmacy chain (140+ locations) and an active pipeline of notary offices for document verification. Our geographic expansion strategy starts in Brazil, extends across LATAM, and ultimately reaches North American and European enterprise markets. This targeted approach has secured early enterprise customers and demonstrates clear product-market fit in privacy-critical verticals requiring ICP-orchestrated AI infrastructure.
Monetization
Dooor operates with an enterprise-focused revenue model: Setup Fees for one-time implementation and integration covering custom configuration and compliance requirements; Monthly Subscriptions for personalized AI applications tailored to each enterprise client’s use case (pharmacy operations, document verification, healthcare processing); Usage-Based Pricing for compute-intensive workloads beyond subscription tiers. Enterprise clients receive custom deployment for specific industry requirements, compliance-ready infrastructure (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR), dedicated support with SLA guarantees, and white-label capabilities.
Status of the Project
Dooor is currently developing with Brazil’s leading pharmacy chain (140+ locations) and has an active enterprise pipeline including notary offices for document verification, healthcare institutions for HIPAA-compliant AI processing, and financial services for auditable operations.
