Dfx 0.23.0 is promoted. You can read the release notes here.

Some highlights include:

  • PocketIC has replaced the icx-proxy tool for dfx local development
  • threshold schnorr signing for Ed25519 is now enabled
  • Dfx has a new canister snapshot command that can create, apply, and delete snapshots of stopped canisters
  • introduces a canonical extension catalog for dfx extensions. Add yours to get your tool in front of more developers!
