I struggle why anyone would join the CF with a serious amount of their ICP. The only way out is to dissolve a neuron and you are subject to the tyranny of the majority of what to do with the funds. I trust that Dfinity has a vision that will eventually prove this iteration of the CF useful, however this is an easy pass for me. It makes me scared for users that it is easy to join without fully understanding. I think this option should be removed from the NNS dashboard - or at least a warning should be added to say “cannot leave CF without dissolving Neuron and you will earn no Rewards from this Neuron”.

Hi @jglassemc2, in the meantime the community fund design was adjusted (see here), addressing you concern, which was also raised by other community members.
In particular, a neuron can join and leave the CF at any time.
