Do you mean a canister with slick design with colors (this gives you a hint on who created the landing page 
) and data available through an HTTP fetch, or do you mean “just” an aggregator that you can query to get the list of tokens?
If it’s the latter, the orchestrator can be used for that purpose I think.

The endpoint get_orchestrator_info provides the list of managed ledger for example.
