Automated / timed sns proposals for set intervals

So some sns daos may have a need for an automated proposal to execute certain gnsf, on different time frames. As opposed to a dao member keeping a calendar and manually executing, is there an existing timer/tool that allows for repetitive and automated proposals? Does this kind of tool exist on the ic or is this something that should be privately developed.
