Is there any tool we can use to estimate the cost of non replicated outcalls?
At the end of the day, I want to make sure my tool will make sense from a financial point of view before jumping into the code.

currently the non replicated outcalls are still as expensive as fully replicated outcalls. however, in the future they’ll become cheaper.
