AI-Powered Personal Tutor for Anti-Corruption Education

Project Overview

Our project focuses on building an AI-powered personal tutor designed to promote learning about crime and anti-corruption practices through interactive features by integrating the DaVinci AI framework. By incorporating gamified elements, we aim to make learning engaging, enhance retention, and motivate users.

This solution is tailored for young and middle-aged students to acquire knowledge on anti-corruption strategies and crime prevention.

We currently use a Windows system, requiring a virtual machine with high GPU and CPU resources to build and run the solution.

Grant Utilization

The grant funding will:

  • Enable us to upskill our team.
  • Procure a standard system for running Internet Computers.
  • Promote and improve the scalability of the project.

Status of the Project

Project Roadmap & Milestones

Milestone 1
Completion Date: January 15, 2025

  • Develop the AI Personal Tutor in collaboration with the Knowledge Token AI team.
  • Build on the DaVinci AI framework introduced at the 2024 South Africa hackathon.

Milestone 2
Completion Date: March 1, 2025

  • Integrate Knowledge Token NFT rewards into the AI Personal Tutor.
  • Reward learners with NFTs corresponding to completed learning activities.
  • Utilize Internet Computer standards (ICRC7, ICRC37, and ICRC3) for NFT integration.

Unique Benefits for the Internet Computer Ecosystem

  • Educational Impact: Helps users learn anti-corruption and crime prevention strategies.
  • Adoption: Encourages Internet Computer adoption through increased user interaction.
  • Community Promotion: Promotes ICP in local and international blockchain communities, such as ICP Hub Sahara.

Post-Grant Plans
We plan to:

  • Continue improving the solution.
  • Engage with communities to enhance adoption.
  • Expand the reach to more students and institutions.

  • Share and promote the project with various communities (developers and non-developers).
  • Collaborate with local and global organizations to enhance visibility and impact.

12-Month Vision

  • Complete the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Transition to Beta Testing with increased user adoption.
  • Gather community feedback and contributions for further development.

This is a great project. We’re working on it together. The project is focused on integrating the Davinci AI model to improve awareness, and understanding of corruption and crime.

We’ are actively improving our ideas and would like to inquire about the best approach for updating our solution. Should we push recent updates, such as UI enhancements and canister upgrades, live immediately or wait until after the grant reviews?
